What we do
You can book more than one service at a time — windows, gutters, solar panels, skylights, soft washing. We do them all in the same visit, so you pay for one trip instead of several.
Most requested
Inside and out, tracks and sills included. Purified water on the exterior means nothing dries onto the glass — no soap film for the fog to find.
Before the rains
Hand-cleared, bagged, and flushed until we watch them drain. On the Peninsula the pine and oak litter never really stops, so every run is photographed before and after.
House wash
Low pressure, correct dwell time. Siding, eaves, fences, walkways and awnings cleaned without driving water behind the boards or stripping the colour out of the fabric.
Pays for itself
Coastal dust and bird traffic cost you output. Pure water only — no detergent residue left on the panel for the next layer to stick to, and nothing abrasive on the glass.
How we clean
Tap water on the Peninsula is hard. When it dries on glass the minerals stay behind, and that is the spotting you see a week after a cleaning.
Filter
Water passes three stages until effectively every dissolved mineral is gone.
Scrub
Frames, seals and glass agitated from the ground — second and third storey without a ladder leaning on your house.
Rinse
Purified water is aggressive. It pulls dirt into itself, then dries with nothing in it to leave behind. No squeegee lines, no detergent film.
Interior glass, and anything the pole cannot reach, is still done by hand with a squeegee. The system is a tool, not a religion.

For exterior-only work, no. We just need access to the outside and to any gates. Interior cleaning needs somebody to let us in, but it does not have to be you — we work with property managers and house managers all the time.
On the Peninsula, twice a year suits most homes. If you are on the water, in the fog belt, or under pines, three or four times a year keeps the glass from etching. We will tell you honestly which one you are.
